A smaller village possessing several houses with large engraved schist lintels typical of the Gacilien region. Many efforts have been undertaken to preserve this heritage.
La Chapelle Gaceline's countryside has many beautiful places of interest, for example, the Boschet lake near the village center or "Villebeau" on the river Aff.

Lovers of art will enjoy the JC Chapput museum, where Jean Charles Chapput's wife takes you on an interesting tour of the painter's many works of art and where are exhibited other contemporary painters' works.
