Why not try a new high-tech and fun way to discover the Pays de la Gacilly thanks to the Geocaching!
From the Minoterie (the old flour mill) to the Chemin des Libellules (dragonfly path), via the former indoor market, this activity is an original means of getting to know the town, alone or as a family.
So what is Geocaching?
Geocaching is really an outdoors, high-tech treasure hunt, using GPS equipment. The players are sent to a place with specific GPS coordinates where they attempt to discover hidden containers called geocaches.
All you need is a portable GPS or a GPS app on your mobile phone in order to play the game!
If you feel like joining the geocaching community, just register on the geocaching website (It’s in English, but you may choose another language in the top right-hand corner).
